Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the department head or administrator, performs confidential administrative and general secretarial duties. Exercises considerable judgment and discretion in representing the director and department staff. High School graduate Associates Degree from a recognized college or secretarial school preferred Minimum of three years of secretarial experience Computer proficiency with knowledge of Windows-based computer applications Must pass keyboarding test of 4500 keys strokes per minute
