Administrative Director of Pediatrics

The Opportunity · The Administrative Director of Pediatrics will plan, lead, direct and manage the clinical and business operations of a large, multi-disciplinary Pediatric ambulatory service program with responsibility for several clinical and outpatient practices in multiple locations

?   Oversees 65 FTEs and reports to the Director of Ambulatory Services

? Qualified candidates will have a master?s degree in business, health care administration or related field with three to five years management experience working with physicians

? Experience in operations, business and strategic planning, financial management, program development, quality improvement, facilities and project management required

? Must be a strong leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills

? Previous supervisory experience and human resource issues, particularly change management and union/labor relations ideal

? Ambulatory care and pediatric management experience in an academic medical center strongly preferred
