Admnistrator/Executive Director

Golden Gate National Senior Care, a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Doylestown, PA has an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Home Administrator.

This position will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents/patients while achieving the facility's business objectives.

Successful candidates must meet the following qualifications:
*Nursing Home Administrator's license in PA or the ability to obtain reciprocity
*Previous experience preferred OR an Assistant Administrator with outstanding performance record and desire for career advancement
*Must possess knowledge of Federal and State regulations
*Must be able to relate professionally and positively to corporate staff and visitors and possess good communication, interpersonal, leadership and management skills
