We are currently recruiting for an experience Application Support Analyst to join our Client Support Services team. The ideal candidate will provide world-class application and technical support for Misys Healthcare clients who have software, hardware or operating system issues requiring a resolution.

Responsibilities Include:
? Respond to requests for assistance from clients experiencing problems with software, hardware, or operating system difficulties via telephone or Internet.
? Choose calls from the Internal Call screen by using the pre-determined priority order to assure that the most urgent calls are responded to first.
? Research and data test as needed to assist in resolving client issues.
? Read distributed documentation regarding software and hardware changes and enhancements in order to be able to provide current information to clients.
? Provide accountability for the resolution of the client's problem by documenting and monitoring the progress of the call and the steps being taken and escalating as needed.
? General understanding of dial up procedures and remote connectivity to perform support tasks.
? Ability to perform all pre-installation and implementation functions.
? Ability to work with clients during the implementation cycle.
? Assist clients with application training when necessary.
? Create documentation when knowledge can be shared.
? Participate in conference calls as required.
? Work independently and use available tools and resources to resolve client calls.

Qualifications:

Experience/Education Requirements:
? BS or AS Degree in Business, Information Science, Computer Science Software, or other relevant combination of training and experience
? Familiarity with Healthcare IT solutions and Medical office environments;
? Experience using Misys Healthcare systems applications desirable
? Exceptional customer service skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong analytical and troubleshooting experience, with the ability to progressively improve knowledge and troubleshooting skills through education
? General computer knowledge
? SQL and/or Informix background preferred
? EDI/Electronic claims knowledge a plus
? Ability to work independently
? Ability to listen and analyze end user needs
? Ability to evaluate technical options and make decisions
? Ability to effectively function in a team oriented environment.
? Strong time management skills
