Assistant Executive Director – Woodland Manor

The Assistant Executive Director will assist the Executive Director in the overall operation of the Community in accordance with resident needs and government regulations as well as be responsible for coordinating and managing office functions and providing assistance as needed.  Duties include: assisting in planning all community operations; monitoring departments; responsibility for cleanliness and maintenance of the community; ensuring safety of residents; developing positive relationships with State regulators, the community, families and residents; accepting resident payments; collecting new resident information; processing new hire information; distributing funds and other duties as assigned.

 

This is a full-time position with some weekends.

 

Qualified candidates will preferably possess a Bachelor?s degree in a related field; be licensed and in good standing and meet all State health requirements; and have two years bookkeeping experience.  Working knowledge of Excel, Word and MS Office is required.
