As a center manager with IBR, you will receive a highly competitive benefit and compensation package.  Your responsibilities as a center manager will include but not be limited too:

 Communicate the importance of and enforce the highest quality standards of all manufacturing activities Help establish and meet annual collection budgets Recruit, hire and oversee center personnel training Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports Maintain Federal, State and Local Regulations

 

Interested Applicants should have one or more of the following qualifications:

 Bachelors degree preferred (but not required) One year experience in a plasma center, including 6 months as an assistant manager. Associate degree in Science or Management with 6 months supervisory experience preferred (but not required) A proven track record of responsible relationships that require an exceptional level of integrity, exceptional organization skills and a burning desire to make a positive difference in the lives of subordinates.
