The Opportunity
Healix has immediate opportunities to join our Client Services team. The Associate Division Manager manages accounts from our corporate office in Sugar Land, TX with potential travel regionally and nationally. This challenging opportunity is focused on developing physician relationships, running all facets of daily operations and staffing. This role provides autonomy in running a portfolio of businesses, an innovative clinical environment with direct physician interaction and incentive to expand business, enhance relationships, and achieve goals.
Qualifications
? Minimum of 2 years of managerial or relationship management experience
? Successful candidates will have a variety of backgrounds including:
? Homecare Branch Management/Sales Manager
? Nursing or clinical background
? Pharmaceutical Sales/Management
? General Healthcare/Practice Management
? An advanced degree (MS, MHA, MBA) or equivalent experience preferred
? Tremendous oral and written communication and presentation skills
