Associate /Intermediate Billing Representative

This position maintains and reconciles subscriber records and group account files and performs related accounting activities.

Maintains and reconciles assigned employer groups in accordance with provisions of the group's contract.

Identifies and researches discrepancies affecting eligibility and/or allocation of payments.

Monitors delinquency processing.

Notifies supervisor of any reporting or payment deviations or discrepancies.

Strong billing, reconciling, good writing and Customer Service skills needed.

High school diploma or GED and three to six months related accounting experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to access and enter data using automated financial systems or PC spread sheet applications.

Ability to use 10 key calculator.

Good math skills, including ability to compute rates, ratio and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.
