Benefits Administrator/Coordinator

Large well known company in the South Bay of Los Angeles needs assistance with their Benefits Administration:

Critical Responsibilities are:

Continue the enrollment process ? for insurance and retirement plans Address claim issues Address day to day issues from employees regarding their insurance plans

Administrative responsibilities include: analyzing and monitoring data files, running and sending regularly scheduled files to eligibility carriers, and resolving any errors reported back from the carriers. Additional responsibilities will include running jobs to generate enrollment materials. Must be able to support management by providing a positive approach to resolving issues and completing all assigned tasks according to a strict processing schedule.
