Billing Durable Medical Equipment - Customer Service
REHABCO was founded in 1948 and is considered the leader in Rehabilitation Equipment Technology within the downstate New York region. We provide a comprehensive line of rehabilitation equipment, such as custom wheelchairs, Durable Medical Equipment / home medical equipment ( DME HME ), and some related respiratory equipment / supplies. We currently have openings in the customer service and medical billing collections departments for energetic experienced staff that are interested in stability and growth opportunities.
Medical Billing- The ideal candidates should have 3+ years experience in medical billing and/or collections with knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third party insurance or equivalent. Must be able to work in an organized manner and have the ability to multi task when required. Additional desirable qualities would include individuals that are: highly motivated, goal oriented, self directing problem solvers with great communication skills. There is always room for growth when an employee can exceed performance expectations.
Customer Service- The ideal candidates should have 2+ years experience in customer service with order intake from insurance companies, medical professionals and patients. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers in a positive manner. A background in rehab medical equipment, DME would be very desirable. Must be able to work in an organized manner and have the ability to multi task when required. Additional desirable qualities would include individuals that are: highly motivated, goal oriented, self directing problem solvers with great inter-organization communication skills. There is always room for growth when an employee can exceed performance expectations.
