Branch Manager

Kelly Home Care Services, a division of Kelly Services, Inc. seeks dynamic individual to manage our private duty home care branch in the Chicago marketplace. This position is responsible for overall performance of a single branch location, including meeting and/or exceeding sales/revenue, gross profit, and contribution targets. Specific responsibilities include: new Business Development (direct selling responsibility); client development and retention (including account business reviews); caregiver scheduling (staffing shifts timely and fully); recruiting/retention (developing on-going recruitment sources and retaining existing staff); community involvement (to further branch recognition); administration/finance (operations and expense management); and supervision and training of staff to ensure compliance to all policies/procedures and overall success of each Branch.?

Desirable qualifications and experience:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills with 3 to 5 years successful, proven sales and leadership experience in a service industry. Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent. Key leadership traits for the Branch Manager include: excellent relationship and communication skills with ability to collaborate and team with all levels of employees and customers; strategic planning ability to anticipate changing business conditions and take the appropriate action; demonstrated leadership and people management skills; and the ability to understand and interpret financial reports utilized in measurement of success.
