BREAST CARE COORDINATOR - COMMUNITY HOSPITAL OF THE MONTEREY PENINSULA

Under the direction of the Director of Radiology Services, the Breast
Care Coordinator for Community Hospital's Breast Care Center is
responsible for the business, program and system development of
breast services. The Breast Care Center Coordinator is responsible
for ensuring quality throughout the continuum of services for breast
patients and their families. 

Must have three (3) years progressive healthcare managerial
experience, preferably in major outpatient clinic or ambulatory care
facility. Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong
interpersonal skills are a must. Experience and knowledge in program
development, implementation and marketing of high quality outpatient
healthcare services required. Proven track record in program
development, oversight of clinical care coordination and community
outreach projects in breast health also required.
