?  Serve as first point of contact to operations staff on system functionality and system performance issues.

?  Provide consultative support to other operational departments by researching issues.

?  Analyze problems or errors and recommend improvements that are both cost effective and improve external and internal customer satisfaction.

?  Support operational personnel and Senior Business Analyst on small to medium scope system projects by gathering and defining business requirements.

?  Document and distribute training material regarding system changes to affected user groups

?  Conduct user-acceptance testing on system enhancements including creating test plans, documenting and communicating test results to IS contacts.

?  Interface with IS to problem solve and provide timely and accurate resolution of system issues. Document and communicate system impacts to affected user groups.

?  Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis including complex query functions and client reporting initiatives.

?  Provide backup support for other analysts.

?  May provide on-the -job training and mentoring for less experienced team members.

?  Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that best-practices are shared.

?  Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

?  Bachelor�s degree or equivalent work experience.

?  3-5 years experience working in Health Care industry

?  1-2 years project management experience preferred.

?  Familiarity with operational processes and procedures

?  Collaborative team player with strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.

?  Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization.

?  Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize work.

?  Experience with PCs, Windows, and LANs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.)

?  Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business requirements

?  May require some travel
