Essential Functions:

 

Communicate with Clients and Account Management Team on a regular basis, developing a productive relationship with clients to assure revenue retention.  Analyze data and reports to determine performance levels, trends, thus identifying areas of improvement.  Schedules monthly client management team meetings with all functional areas to review activity and account status.  Manage services to meet all performance guarantees as contractually agreed to with client.Advise client of any service disruptions; share information related to cause and recovery time.  Work to ensure timeliness of all reporting to client and/or other respective vendors.  Develop and maintain client escalation log; complete and deliver incident reporting to Management.  Effectively facilitate client meetings/conference calls.  Monitor client deliverables; acknowledge client voicemail, e-mail, cases within 24 hours.  Review and manage system generated reports to prevent issues; monitor and assure eligibility reporting is accurate and delivered on time. 

 

Job Requirements:

 

College degree or a minimum of 3 years related business/industry experience required.  Minimum of 3 years knowledge of COBRA/HIPAA Administrative services.  Previous account management and health care benefits experience required.  Provide strong leadership and present interpersonal and consultative skills as needed to effectively manage both internal and external clients.  Possess excellent leadership and facilitation skills.  Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.  Proficiency in MS Project Management and MS Office Tools.  Ability to manage customer service requests effectively; exhibit professionalism at all times.  Benefits background a PLUS!
