CLINICAL NUTRITIONIST
- PER DIEM -

Play an integral role in the delivery of nutrition care to patients as you support the efforts of our food/dietary services area.

Responsibilities will include:
obtaining comprehensive data on patients personal and health histories
documenting care
developing/implementing and evaluating outcome information
determining nutrient and energy requirements/intake
analyzing/interpreting nutrition/health assessment data
establishing appropriate follow-up plans

To qualify, you must be a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible, and possess 3+ years of clinical experience, some renal experience preferred. Strong oral/written communication, counseling, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently essential.
