Certified Administrator- Senior Living Community

? Operate the facility in a manner that follows company guidelines and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.

? Initiate and participate in community relations that promote the facility and provide awareness of the senior housing industry.

 

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

 

? Appropriate professional license (i.e., NHA, RCF, ALF, BH, etc.) for the state in which the facility operates and license must be in good standing.

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

? Strong organizational skills.

? Solid ability to interact and build relationships with older adults.

? Experience in personnel management and creating a team environment focused on resident satisfaction.
