Clinical Manager- Interventional Services

The Interventional Clinical Manager shall be responsible for collaborating with the Interventional Lab Medical Director and the Administrative Director of Heart and Vascular Services developing and attaining the mission, short and long-term goals, and implementing the objectives identified in the strategic plan and the hospital plan for the provision of patient care.  Will oversee the Interventional Labs and EKG/EEG Department in the functions of recruiting, interviewing, hiring scheduling and evaluating staff;  managing the budget;  assisting with quality improvement;  meeting regulatory requirements;  managing the systems and processes and handling activities and projects as assigned in a cost effective manner.  Occasionally the Clinical Manager may be asked to assist for relief purposes during catheterization procedures.

QUALIFICATIONSBS degree required, Master's degree preferred.  Current California RN license or Registered Tech (RCIS, ARRT, CRT) required.  BCLS and ACLS required.  Expertise in complex, high-volume invasive catheterization laboratories.  At least three (3) years experience in a leadership, management or supervisory role (cath lab or critical care).
