This position provides pre-and/or post sales technical product advice for the development and implementation of customer solutions using the AcuNav Intracardiac Echo (ICE) catheter . Participates in the preparation and presentation of technical training, including product demonstrations and product in-service training. Resolves semi-complex technical problems. May provide installation support and post-sales consulting. Provides follow-up support in disseminating semi-complex technical information on specific applications.  Provides effective education and technical training to Intracardiac Echo customers and colleagues.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: defining need for and providing necessary initial on-site customer training including physician and support staff.  Assess customer confidence and competence while actively advancing accounts toward achieving independence. Recommend and participate in additional customer training opportunities. Demonstrate a high level of skill and effectiveness in customer training activities.  Communicate regularly and effectively with other Biosense Webster Inc.(BWI) colleagues including Sales and Professional Education teams.  Manage all relevant customer information, including customer account workbooks and distribute them as needed.  Demonstrate a high degree of personal organization and effective management and utilization of documents and training tools.  Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner with appropriate level of communication and interaction.  Demonstrate and maintain a high degree of technical understanding of ICE and related ultrasound tools and technologies.  Attend additional training events, courses, meetings to advance understanding in related areas of interest (electrophysiology).Demonstrate strong team commitment and positive attitude among colleagues. Perform job functions at a level to meet or surpass quarterly objectives.  This position is based and works in the Seattle, WA area. 

A minimum of 3 years of echocardiography experience is required.  Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is highly preferred. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification or eligibility to sit for RDCS certification is required.  Relevant industry ultrasound or ICE experience is desirable. Excellent presentation and training skills, solid organizational and time management abilities are required.  Must be willing and able to travel 60%-80% of the time. Ability to lift 60 pounds is required.  Ability to wear protective lead in the lab is required.
