Clinical Supervisor

The Mentor Network is about helping people. We serve people with developmental disabilities, children with emotional and behavioral challenges, and people with acquired brain injury by offering community-based, residential, in-home and out-of-home services to fit each individual's needs and preferences.

We are currently searching for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Massachusetts team based in Springfield, MA. This position will oversee all aspects of clinical treatment in an intensive Foster Care treatment Program.

Responsibilities Include: Providing supervision, training and consultation to Clinical Coordinators and other staff. Participate in staff and parent development and conduct performance assessments. Oversee Utilization review, conduct investigations and participate in emergency On Call back-up support. Other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements: Masters in Psychology and or Counseling, or related field required, MSW preferred. A minimum of five- years experience in Human services or related field. Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills.
