?  Ensure manufacturer contract information is accurately setup in the system by completing secondary validation reviews and problem resolution. Provide department support for internal and external audit requests and related activities including monitoring and tracking request and resolution of identified issues and questions.

?  Point of contact for Internal / External rebate audit requests and activities

?  Coordinate process flow of documentation

?  Provide regular communication with management to ensure issue resolution

?  Complete secondary validations on rebate contract setups

?  Monitor and track routine quality reviews of rebate setups

?  Create metric reporting on contract setups and review with management

?  Reports findings to management and recommends necessary corrective action and process improvements

?  Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that best-practices are shared

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR G LEVEL;

?  Analyze, gather and document business requirements for new products and product enhancements

?  Develop business use cases for execution in user acceptance testing and complete user acceptance testing

 

Qualifications:

?  3 to 5 years experience working in Health Care industry, 1 to 2 years in the PBM industry preferred

?  Knowledge of ESI's systems desired

?  Familiarity with operational processes and procedures

?  Collaborative team player with strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills

?  Strong written and verbal communication skills

?  Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization

?  Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize work

?  Experience with PCs, Windows, and LANs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access)

?  Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business requirements

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR G LEVEL;

?  4 to 6 years related work experience in PBM, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry required

?  3 years project management experience required; including but not limited to requirements gathering and documentation

?  Experience in business analysis and production testing

 

Education:

?  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
