Contracts Portfolio Analyst

Build your career and experience the advantages that come with working for the "World's Most Admired Company" (Fortune Magazine) offering significant opportunities for growth and career advancement!In this role, the Contracts Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for working with the Enterprise and Corporate Accounts Managers as well as the appropriate customer representatives to create and maintain long term purchasing and collaboration agreements. Responsibilities include:
* Participating in contract negotiations with the customer account managers to meet the customer's CTQ's while minimizing GE risk and maximizing GE opportunity.
* Developing contractual language for long term Enterprise Agreements, national and local Strategic Alliance Agreements, GPO contracts, and other bulk purchase agreements.
* Interacting with Risk, Legal, all GEHC businesses and Services to create long term contract documentation
* Monitoring contract compliance and results for assigned portfolio; assure GEHC and customers are complying with the terms of the agreement; create addendums for contract updates and renewals
* Support customer account managers as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Previous demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating and managing long term contracts
* Past experience in or supporting a commercial organization
* Strong, proven oral and written communication skills
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (including our field sales force, Sr. leadership and our customers' senior leadership teams)
* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in business or military
* Demonstrated leadership ability; customer-centric; can-do attitude
* Willingness to take a drug test* Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
* To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record.
* You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Desired:
* Paralegal or equivalent experience.
* Previous Black Belt, Risk Management equivalent process skills
* Superior negotiation and influencing skills
* Healthcare industry experience
* Previous exposure to medical industry regulations (FDA, Medicare/Medicaid anti-kickback)
