Responsibilities will include: 
Working with the Grievance Coordinator on open cases
Collecting records
Updating documentation in case files
Responding to lower-level appeals and internal departments
Working with vendors to gather information
Documenting all actions using internal applications
Making approximately 10-15 calls per day 



This position requires previous healthcare insurance experience or a history in appeals, grievances and complaints. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to this role. A customer service/call center background is preferred. Computer proficiency is a must.
