Position Overview:
Responsible for the coordination of projects under the direction of the Directors of Marketing/Sales and PR and the Director of Managed Care. The job functions are varied and require excellent organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to use desktop publishing, databases, computer-generated presentations and spreadsheets. Event planning and execution is also a requirement.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience/proficiency in project coordination
Computer literacy in Word Perfect, Word, Quark, Powerpoint, Harvard Graphics, Lotus, Excel and ESS.
Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills for the interfacing with staff at all levels, including physicians and the press.
Ability to perform secretarial duties as required.
