Customer Care Associate

Position HRH is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Associate for our Marietta, GA office.

 

Primary Functions

? Assist client's employees and administrators with any questions or claims that arise.

? Support Account Managers by assisting in claim resolution and enrollment follow up.
Help maintain client master files as well as assist clients & prospects using the federal guidelines for COBRA and HIPAA.
Answer questions regarding insurance benefits, eligibility and billing problems, as well as be able to identify if medical and dental claims were processed correctly.



Qualifications
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills are a must
Must possess good oral communication skills and exhibit ability to learn and retain position specific data provided during 90 day training period spent with team of experienced Account Managers
Knowledge of insurance benefits, eligibility and billing problems, as well as processing of medical and dental claims



Experience

? Minimum of 3 years in the healthcare industry

 

Salary

$37,500 with $250.00 monthly bonus
