Customer Service Representative

The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE assists the Administrator and other staff with organizing and implementing tasks related to the provision of Clinical Support services. He/she works under the supervision of the Administrator or designee.



Required Skills:
1. Secretarial school training with at least three (3) years secretarial experience preferred.

2. Knowledge and experience in administrative procedures.

3. Must possess the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff, and interact professionally as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

4. Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified office needs.

5. Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle the professional and confidential nature of assignments.

6. Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.

7. Speaks, writes, reads, and comprehends English.
