Customer Service Representative I

CalOptima is a nationally recognized County Organized Health System that provides health insurance to over 300,000 Orange County, California residents through multiple product lines. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I:

We are currently seeking a service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide telephone information and assistance to MediCal members and providers. Processing information, answering member questions, referring issues to health plan and making recommendations for further contacts within CalOptima and providing follow-up assistance as needed.REQUIREMENTSHigh school graduate or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service experience. Keyboarding skills needed.

Bilingual skills in English/Vietnamese, English/Korean or English/Spanish is required. (ABILITY TO READ, WRITE, & SPEAK)
