DIRECTOR OF ADULT DAY HEALTH CENTER
Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation, a nationally known provider of rehabilitation services, including an acute rehab hospital, community reentry program for brain injured adults, three adult residential programs and a children?s services center is seeking to fill the vital role of Director of our Adult Day Health Center. Our center services over 100 clients with an average daily census of 70. In this capacity, you will facilitate the delivery of care within state guidelines, including developing the program in accordance with the needs of the participants served and evaluating the participant?s changing needs and making necessary program adjustments. Responsibilities include management and development of staff, operations, budget, program evaluation, and peer review activities. Requirements include Bachelor?s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Recreational, Occupational or Physical Therapy, supervisory experience in a healthcare setting and the ability to work with a varied population of TBI, CVA, dementia and developmentally disabled clients.
