Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center, located in the Boulder County community of Lafayette opened in the fall of 2004 with 144-beds and the potential to expand as the community grows. This new facility, with spacious private rooms and state-of-the-art equipment, will reflect our focus on healing. Your Position

We are looking for an accomplished, hands-on Critical Care Director. In managing clinical operations, you will provide supervision within a multi-disciplinary team that generates measurable improvements in clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the medical staff and multi-disciplinary work teams to enhance cost effectiveness, and you will promote an environment that is conducive to staff development as well as to achieving described outcomes.

Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree current CO RN License and current BCLS certification.

Our Requirements

* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

* BSN required

* Masters required

* BLS required

* 2 years of experience in managing/supervising healthcare personnel as well as a demonstrated competency in achieving outcomes through interpersonal relationships.
