Director, EUCAN Market Access

Job Description:

This position will be primarily responsible for horizon scanning with affiliate Market Access colleagues to identify pricing, reimbursement or health economics/outcomes opportunities and threats in the EUCAN region. Will also act as lead pricing and market access staff member for developing planning for optimal pricing and reimbursement on selected key EUCAN core products.

Education Masters Degree -- Any

Skills:

Post-graduate education in economics, epidemiology, clinical decision-making or related field.
General familiarity and experience with Health Economics and Clinical Value Messaging in pharmaceutical industry (4-5 years).
Ability to see the "big picture" on product value is crucial -- ability to craft value arguments.
Understanding of EUCAN regional price/reimbursement environment is a valuable skill.
Experience leading teams without a formal reporting structure is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Communicate with people easily and present ideas effectively.
