Job Requirement Essential

Candidate must meet the following requirements:
Well-rounded and highly experienced consultant who has proven track record of selling and delivering tailored solutions to payers (a.k.a. health insurers).
Strong people skills, both leading and participating in teams to solve complex business problems.
Broad knowledge of all payer processes and information systems; and deep knowledge in at least one of the following processes is critical: sales, product development, provider contracting, enrollment, claims processing, medical management, provider contracting, customer service.
Demonstrated track record of performance improvement at a payer organizations
Knowledge and experience with strategy, business improvement and information system implementation methdologies
A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a healthcare consulting environment is required, industry
