Director, Laboratory Services

Opportunity for a Director of Laboratory Services in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience strategically organizing and planning all laboratory operations to support and exceed the expectations of the patient population. They will partner with the executive team to develop and implement quality services while adhering to compliance and regulatory services.

 

The candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree in Science. A Master?s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.  A minimum of 5 years of management and clinical experience desired. Interpretation and development of financial models needed as well as proven experience in strategically designing and implementing creative programs to exceed patient and physician relations.
