Job Description -- Our Health Industies Consulting Practice (HCP) assists hospital and health systems with quantitative analysis to support management decision-making around a variety of financial and operational issues. Resources within the group focus on strategic planning, turnaround analysis, feasibility studies, third-party reimbursement, operations improvement, including staffing and non-staffing cost reviews and revenue cycle assessments.

Job Requirement Essential

We seek a candidate with 10 plus years of experience combining consulting expertise supporting the medical management or case management program at a hospital for ancillary operations. Potential candidate should have direct provider experience working in a case management or medical management role. They will work with our Health Industries team in a National Practice and located in New York or other east coast cities.

Candidates should posses the following skills:
-Experience with managing and understanding various case management models, possible implementation of these models, experience with other medical management activities including development and implementation of clinical pathways, quality measures and outcomes, risk assessments, etc
-Strong leadership skills coupled with good communication skills with both hospital staff and physicians
-Strong understanding of project management and project facilitation particularly around the development of new medical management and case management options and approached and have demonstrated success in this area
-Ability to demonstrate a familiarity with hospital finance and how a medical management program can support the financial position of a hospital
-Strong written and oral presentation skills and ability to develop client proposals
-Outstanding analytic skills
-Ability to work with teams
