Description

This leader will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship with assigned clients including ensuring appropriate services are available and utilized.

Director will serve as the liaison between the billing operation and our clients, and will be responsible for overseeing reimbursement analysis, payer relations, preparation and analysis of monthly accounts receivable financial reports and ensuring overall service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Min. 5 years experience in billing and collections in a revenue cycle management setting; experience with ICD-9 and CPT coding, including at least two years of coding for physician services; strong analytical/financial management skills; must have demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of client management (CFO, COO, Dept. Managers, etc; enjoy traveling and working in a detailed, service orientated environment; BA/BS degree in business administration, finance, or healthcare. MBA/MHA is preferred. A nationally recognized coding credential (CPC, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CPC-H) is highly desirable, but not required.
