Director of Clinical Services Behavioral Health Ad

This premier hospital center is in need of a compassionate specialty leader for the position of Director of Clinical Services, Behavioral Health Administration. This service line driven behavioral health division is looking for a dynamic leader who will provide clinical direction and management of activities related to the care management of assigned patient population.  This position is also responsible for clinical policy development and implementation, clinical data management and reporting, achieving clinical outcomes, improving cost effectiveness, and interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination in the management of patient care with other clinical leaders under the guidance of the Medical Director for the Behavioral Service Line.  The perfect candidate will steer this service line into the future of MAGNET status and work with hospital administration and the clinical medical director to develop and define a shared vision for the delivery of psychiatric services for the hospital. 



Minimum Qualifications include:


* Bachelor’s Degree Required but Masters preferred and MSN a plus
* 3-5 years experience working on inpatient psychiatric units required
* RN license or appropriate clinical specialty certification required.
