Director of Contracting, National Network Development

The Director of National Network Development is responsible for provider and hospital contracting in support of national strategic provider recruitment plans.
Negotiate contracts with medical providers, including medical groups, IPA's, hospitals and all ancillary providers. This will include being the lead negotiator on complex or high-level contract discussions and oversight on lower-level negotiations.
Draft contracts and communication to both legal department and contracted entity.
Ongoing analysis of existing providers and reimbursement rate structures to ensure Great-West enjoys market competitiveness and appropriate network composition. This includes joint identification of network access needs with National Network Development Manager in both new and existing network areas.
Actively recruit providers and facilities within designated territory.
Manage department-wide projects related to national provider network recruitment.
Ensure the Department's ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirments as well as compliance with all company mandated policies and procedures.
