Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Marketing & Corporate Communication will manage all marketing activities in support of Elder Health Inc.?s managed care products.  Coordinate research, conducting analysis of competitive landscape, market positioning and plan design.  Oversight of the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.  Manage the development, printing and distribution of standardized marketing materials including enrollment documents, marketing materials and advertising pieces.  Direct testing of message and product design via focus groups and statistical media response evaluations. Assure that marketing materials and efforts are in compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and various state departments of insurance.

 

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of marketing experience in the insurance industry, managed care and/or Medicare Advantage experience strongly preferred.  Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or related field required along with a minimum of 3 years management experience.  Ability to work successfully in a fast paced, quality driven environment.
