JOB SUMMARY
Implements, and evaluates comprehensive policies, procedures and training programs to ensure achievement of financial and service goals for Centers in the assigned region of Colorado and Utah.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Functions:

' Directs activities of assigned centers to plan procedures, establish responsibilities, and coordinate functions among departments and sites.
' Analyzes operations to evaluate performance of company and staff and to determine areas of cost reduction and program improvement.
' Reviews financial statements and activity reports to ensure areas objectives are achieved.
' Directs, plans and implements policies in assigned area to ensure delivery of clinical programs in accordance with objectives of Health Services and Concentra.
' Assigns or delegates responsibilities to subordinates in assigned area.
' Monitors marketplace trends and gathers competitive intelligence.
' Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

' College degree in business or equivalent experience

JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

' 5 - 7 years operations experience
