Director of Organizational Development

The Director of Organizational Development will be responsible for leading the culture change effort in creating a Service Excellence environment in multiple facilities and programs of the health system. Utilizing the ?Studer? approach, the candidate would be responsible for the following:

 

1. Management and non-clinical staff development

2. Overseeing the Service Excellence (SE) through coordinating the use of patient satisfaction reports as a driver for improvement

4. Chairing the service excellence steering committee

5. Coordinating SE teams in areas such as reward & recognition, measurement, standards of behavior and communication

6. Developing SE strategies for organization-wide buy in.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development or related field required.  Masters degree preferred.  Previous OD leadership experience implementing cultural change initiatives in the healthcare or hospitality industry with a focus on service excellence.  Experience with the Studer approach preferred.
