Director of Quality Management

As a 180-bed acute care and Level III trauma center community hospital, we have the following full-time opening available in our Region: Regional Director of Quality Management.

In this role, selected candidate will provide leadership and direction to Quality and Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Infection Control departments.  Will also coordinate region wide regulatory survey preparation and follow-up activities, including provision of oversight to the functional teams structure for ongoing survey readiness and  periodic regulatory audits/mock surveys.

Requirements include:  min. of five years experience in a JCAHO certified facility, in training and implementation of performance improvement concepts (including experience in facilitation and leading change).  Min. of three years of experience coordinating JCAHO surveys and a Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business Administration or related field are also required.
