This position manages the recruitment operation for allogeneic and specialized donors to ensure achievement of annual collection goals in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible.? Position establishes strategic direction for recruitment efforts, develops local operating procedures and policies.? The successful candidate will have:

?Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field (Master's degree preferred)6-10 years demonstrated progressive/responsible sales management experienceDemonstrated knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques and negotiation skills
