JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will be uploading and downloading various files between mainframe and PC, providing technical and operational support for EDI process, maintaining systems for the receipt of data from customers, performing outreach to increase awareness of the RDS program and products, assisting customers and trading partners with EDI activities, interacting with various areas to meet departmental objectives, and performing related duties as required.

 



QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of data processing systems and hardware particularly personal

computers. Working knowledge of object oriented programming. Knowledge

of IBM mainframe, utilities and JCL. Knowledge of health insurance

concepts. Familiarity with telecommunication software and concepts. Ability

to communicate effectively with all levels of management and

communities. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning,

organizational and analytical skills.
