EDUCATION COORDINATOR

TMC Lakewood is seeking an exceptional Residency Coordinator to support our nationally recognized Family Medicine Residency program. In this position you will work with the department administrator and chairman/program director to coordinate, develop and maintain administrative functions of the medical education and residency programs. You will be responsible for many aspects of the programs including supporting the accreditation and credentialing process; developing schedules; maintaining student/resident records; serving as a liaison with other education institutions, health care facilities, and professional organizations and providing other administrative support as needed. As the ideal candidate, you will have:
? A Bachelor?s degree in health sciences, education or related field.
? Three years of experience in coordinating an education program or in other administrative support roles.
? Superior communication, computer, and organizational skills.
? The ability to effectively work within a diverse group.
