NCO Group is the industry leader in providing clients with successful business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions. Our Naples healthcare facility is seeking an Eligibility Patient Advocacy Liaison. 

Duties include: Screening patients and/or patient representatives to determine potential eligibility for Third Party Resources. Explain to patients and other entities the eligibility requirements and application process. Facilitate the application when appropriate. Monitor patient accounts to ensure appropriate timeframes are met.

The ideal candidate will be Spanish bilingual and have an associate?s degree or the equivalent experience, be able to work in multi-tasked environment & to travel to client locations via personal mode of transportation.  Knowledge of  Medicaid, crime victims programs, and SSI a plus. Strong follow-up skills, and the ability to work independently required.
