Executive Director - Courtyard at the Willows

The Executive Director will lead and direct the overall operation of the Community; maintain excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meet corporate financial goals within established budgetary guidelines.  Additionally the Executive Director will plan all aspects of Community operations, monitor each department, communicate and interpret policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback and assist, coach and discipline staff as necessary.  Tasks will include: ensuring safety of residents, visitors and staff; conducting routine inspections; ensuring programming is effectively managed and marketed; managing community budgets; ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue; developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan; performing internal sales process; promoting growth through planned events and developing partnerships with professional organizations and associations.

 

This is a full-time position with some weekend work.  Availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is required as well as some travel. 

 

Qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor?s degree in a related field and/or meet all State health requirements and be licensed in good standing if required; be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, state hospitals and general public.  Candidate should be computer literate and have experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets.
