Executive Director, Long Term Care

We are looking for an Executive Director to join our Business Development team. You will develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and targets for the  customers in the Long Term Care Accreditation program and monitor annual sales and marketing strategies to meet volume and revenue targets.

 Requirements include: Master's degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years  experience in healthcare/ human services including two years of recent experience in the long term care market. In addition, chronic care, home care or hospital experience preferred. Experience in developing and implementing business development goals/strategies and new products/services is required. Strong leadership and project management skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills are also required.  Knowledge of Joint Commission long term care standards and survey process preferred. Requires up to 50% travel.
