Vocational case manager will provide vocational assessment, vocational testing, transferable skills analysis, labor market survey, loss of earnings capacities, job development, job placement services to injured workers. Meet with employers for job analysis, job modifications, and ergonomic assessments. Testify in hearings, prepare reports/utilize computer and communicate in a timely manner with insurance carriers, medical providers, clients, attorneys, and employers. Be able to work independently, have strong organizational and time management skills, can prioritize and perform multiple tasks, be able to meet deadlines, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.







MS or MA degree, CRC certification.



Have understanding of Illinois Worker's Compensation law.
