HRG is currently screening for an experienced Hospital Financial Analyst for a large hospital in Orange County.  Qualified candidate should be able to:

 Run, read, interpret and prepare financial queries and reports for all hospital departments including the Business Office and Finance and Accounting.Compile financial statistics from proprietary software systems utilizing Crystal, Monarch and Showcase.Assist at all facility levels to review and resolve claims issues and be able to quantify revenue, both actual and lost, relative to a variety of claims

 

Candidate must also:Have an expert level working knowledge of Excel and preferable AccessBe flexible and willing to do what is needed to get the job done efficiently and accuratelyBe able to work in a fast-paced and high energy level environmentHave the ability to multi-task on multiple high level projectsBe available to meet the needs of month end close regularly
