Responsibilities:

 Provide direct supervision of all reception, medical secretary, transcription, medical records and cast tech personnel to meet the practice objectives. Liaison with physicians.Schedule appropriate staff to meet the daily operational objectives of the

practice. Recruit, hire, train, develop, coach, counsel and discipline employees to

maintain optimum levels of service to our patients.Develop and maintain a Customer Service environment that maximizes patient, physician and employee satisfaction. Assess existing service opportunities and develop programs and provide training and assessment protocols to ensure compliance.Provide direct operational support (coverage) as needed.Establish, maintain and update registration, clinical and insurance protocols

to assure that timely and accurate information is captured and disseminated to staff.Work with administrative, billing and collections leadership in developing, updating and communicating practice protocols to maintain a high level of efficiency throughout the practice.
