As an Health Care Sales Manager for American Hotel Register Company, you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of a team of 12 - 15 Inside Sales Reps of the organization with specified company Gross Profit dollar and Gross Profit percent goals.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization?s policies.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; guiding Inside Sales Reps on best practices for selling to and maintaining accounts; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

 

Qualifications:

 

- 3-5 years of proven sales experience

- Outbound call center sales experience a plus

- 3-5 years of experience managing, coaching and leading in a sales environment

- Superior organizational and communication skills

- A professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

- Strong computer experience
