Our Healthcare Economics team is responsible for the projection of the financial impact resulting from contract changes between provider groups and hospitals. We have an excellent ground floor opportunity available for a quick leaner who is interested in growing with an industry leader. The Healthcare Economic Analyst is responsible for the data analysis of contracts, with a  focus on the following responsibilities:


 


Working with the Network management team throughout the contract negotiation process

Participating in the planning process and assisting with projections

Modeling financial impact of proposals between the company and the provider

Forecasting and reporting trends

Handling special projects, such as research for product pricing



A bachelor’s degree is required in a related field (mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or similar). Experience or education in data analysis is required, along with some exposure to financial modeling. Excellent communication skills are key. Must also be proficient in standard MS Office applications. While any professional experience would be a plus, our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who shows initiative and demonstrates the desire to learn.
